Hillside Haven is one of a handful of spacious 4 bedroom cabins in the area and features an extended back porch with view of the tranquil forest, with hot tub, fire pit, and indoor gas fireplace, as well as 4 large bed rooms with 3 king beds and a kids room perfect for the whole family plus some! The space is decorated in traditional mountain home décor but with modern finishes so you never feel too far from home. With a 2 story stack stone gas fireplace as the center-piece of an open concept living room and kitchen there is space for everyone to sip hot chocolate around the fire. Be on the lookout for a family of deer that likes to graze the nearby area! *There is also a hot tub which is perfect for a soak to relax after a long day and a fire-pit where you can gather around to cook smores or just unwind. *Front patio is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch swing or chairs in the morning and watch the sunrise through the forest. *High speed Wifi is available and there is a private desk located in the master sweet if any work just cannot wait. *We supply a starter supply of two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a roll of paper towels. *Furry friends are welcome! We just ask no more than 2 dogs w/out approval and please use pet throw blankets provided to cover couch to avoid scratching. *Hillside Haven's entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the woods of a large nature reserve, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory. Location: *Location is important in the mountains! Most major cell phone carriers have no issue with phone signal at Hillside Haven. *Located in a gated community so safety is of no concern. *There are many entrances to our resort community, but Hillside Haven is located near the closest entrance for easy access to all the activities, orchards, vineyards, hiking trails, shopping, and local restaurants. *All roads leading to Hillside Haven are paved and well maintained so no narrow gravel paths , any car can get you here. Many deer call it home and I can almost guarantee you will see them in their natural habitat each day! It also offers many amenities for free! Your Stay includes access to all 5 parks, access to the River tubing (tube not included) and rope swing, Picnic Area with Charcoal BBQ Grills, fishing pond (No License required), Fenced in Doggy park area (Large and Small dog separation). They also offer a number of paid amenities: Indoor (heated)/outdoor pools, mini golf, basketball and tennis courts, workout room, and arcade w/ pool table, ping pong, air hockey and arcade games. The cost is $10 per person/day for an Adventure Pass which grants you access to all of the above for the entire day. I would recommend a day at the pool followed by a round of mini golf in the early evening! Passes can be purchased prior to stay and delivered to the home prior to your arrival or can be purchased at the HOA office M-Sat 9-5pm.
